Whether you want to change the brick to stone on the front of your home design, or finish the lower level floor plan, our home design team is ready. With many years of combined experience, our house plan designers are seasoned professionals.

Changing a walkout house plan to a slab house plan, or a crawlspace home design to a full basement floor plan, all of our home designs can be modified with the basement floor plan of your choice. If a house plan is shown as a walkout home design, and your lot is flat, do not discount the house plan, because we can make that change for you. Also, if you have a walkout lot and the home design you love is shown on a flat lot, we can easily change the floor plan to a walkout basement home plan.

Walkout floor plans are perfect for adding additional finished space to your home plan at a lower cost per square foot. Extra bedrooms, recreational rooms, workout spaces and complete bathrooms are some of the more popular features found in finished lower level floor plans today. And just because you're finishing the lower level floor plan doesn't mean that you'll sacrifice ceiling heights. Many of our home plans can be modified to have nine-foot ceiling heights in the lower level.
