Alley Load Plans:

Alley-Load plans are ranch type homes on square footage. The exterior facade of the homes are adorned with bricks or stone or colored chips. These may be single or two storied homes. The plan calls for full wainscoting. Numbers of garages are minimum two. The elevations are composed of arches or vents.
