A PDF is a digital file of the plan drawings that will be e-mailed to you. You can take the PDF file to your local reproduction shop and get prints run on your own, but you will not be able to make changes to the file. With the PDF package, you receive a one-time build copyright release that allows you to make as many copies of the plan as you like without infringing on copyright laws as long as the home is only built one time.
