Unit A of this traditional duplex is larger than Unit B and is highlighted by a bay window in the kitchen and nook area just off the entry. The living and dining rooms of Unit A feature vaulted ceilings and work together to create a living space large enough for entertaining. The master suite in this unit lies behind the garage and includes a large walk-in closet. The second bedroom is just next to the master at the back of the unit and has direct access to the full bath just off the hall. A third bedroom can double as a den just off the entry.
Unit B is slightly smaller and is only a 2-bedroom unit. A breakfast bar in the kitchen overlooks the dining and living rooms and blends to create an open plan. Vaulted ceilings can be found throughout this area. The master suite also lies just behind the garage and it, too has a large walk-in closet.
