Our products are all 100% natural and are made with fresh ingredients. This does mean that their shelf life may be somewhat lower than traditional beauty products, but that's the trade-off! The shelf life of our products ranges from 1 month to 5 years.

If you find our plan on a different site, we will match that website's price. You will be required to supply us with the website address and plan number for verification before discounts are honored.

There is no time limit for the construction of your home. If you have purchased a print package, you will have 6 months to order additional sets at the special additional set price. After 6 months, you will need to repurchase the package for additional sets.

Yes. All of our plans are registered with the Architectural Copyright Office in Washington D.C. Reproduction in whole or in part is strictly prohibited by law. ONE dwelling may be constructed from a 5 set, 8 set, reproducible, or CAD purchase. Strict penalties will be enforced for violators of copyright laws.

Our Client Service Representatives work closely with the designers to answer most questions. If necessary, we will conference in a designer for direct questioning.

All of our available plans are posted on our website. If you cannot find a plan that meets your needs, we would be happy to customize one of our existing plans for you.

We have limited photography of our plans. If photos are available for a particular plan, we will have a link on the plan page.

We design our plans to meet nationally recognized building codes. Due to the wide variety of local requirements, we cannot guarantee that our plans will meet every local code. It is your responsibility to consult with a local engineer or architect to ensure compliance with local building codes.

We respect our clients' privacy and do not disclose addresses where our plans have been built.

Our reproducible sets are designed specifically for modifications. They allow for clean, precise changes and are required for anyone wanting to make modifications. PDF and CAD sets are also available for those who prefer to work digitally.
