Builder Rewards Subscription Program

Your subscription service includes a single plan up to 3,500 square feet in a PDF plan file format. This free plan does not include any printed sets of plans or a CAD file format. Printed sets can be provided for an additional fee. Plan reverses, mirrored plans, slab or crawlspace foundations can be included at no additional fee as these are included as complimentary items in our subscription program. Any custom modifications or any additional services may incur additional fees. This offer cannot be combined with any other discounts or promotional offers. Full payment of the annual subscription package is required prior to delivery of the plans. Any payment that has not been received within thirty (30) days of its invoice date shall be charged interest at the lower of 1.5% per month or the highest legal rate. Projects in our production department are typically handed out on a first-come, first-served basis. However, as a valued paid subscriber, your projects will receive priority placement in our production queue whenever possible, allowing faster turnaround times.

Turnaround times are not guaranteed and are subject to scheduling and availability.

The purchase of a plan includes a one-time, non-transferable license to use for the construction of a single residential building. To construct additional buildings using the same plan, or to make copies of the plan, additional licenses are required.

As a subscriber of our services, your subscription includes three construction licenses per year, each of which permits the construction of one residential building using a licensed plan.

Construction licenses do not include modifications to the plans that may be required by new or updated local building codes. All plans and related content are copyrighted and remain the exclusive intellectual property of Ahmann Design or our affiliated companies. Plans and licenses may not be transferred, resold or sublicensed.

Foundation changes can also be made to previous plan purchases if a construction license has or will be issued. A generic site plan can be provided for any active project under your current subscription. To generate a complete site plan, we require a full site survey that includes all boundary lines, setbacks, property line coordinates, lengths and precise dimensions. Insufficient details or missing information will prevent us from completing the site plan.

If the necessary information is provided, a site plan can be produced showing the overall site dimensions, coordinates, setbacks, house location, driveway and sidewalk. Any other additional information may be completed for an additional fee.

Subscription services include free ground shipping on all paid prints. Prints must be paid in full at time of shipping to qualify. Shipping will be fulfilled by an external carrier. Once the package is transferred to the shipping carrier, Ahmann Design is not responsible for tracking or delivery issues. Responsibility for the package lies with the carrier from that point forward.

As a preferred builder, your subscription package allows you to extend the same exclusive discounts you receive to your clients. To qualify for these savings, your subscription must be paid to date, and you need to provide us with the homeowners’ information.

Clients are responsible for the payment of their plans in full before plans are released. Title blocks for Ahmann Design plans follow a standard protocol to include all required information. However, we offer flexibility to personalize project names and incorporate additional elements such as builder logos or other relevant details upon request. Logos or other information will need to be provided in a specific format to be applied to the plans.

Ahmann Design dimensions all of our plans from the outside of the exterior wall to the center of interior walls. If you require or prefer specific or alternative dimensioning, we are happy to accommodate those at no additional charge on modified or custom plans. To ensure these changes can be implemented, requests for alternative dimensioning must be made prior to the start of design process.

Ahmann Design consistently releases new plans throughout the year. Due to the size of our portfolio, we are limited to the number of plans we can produce. However, our designers and customer service representatives are happy to assist by sharing new releases during plan searches. You may also receive newsletters featuring the latest designs and plans.

We understand that our builder’s schedule is often full, and attending every client meeting may not always be possible. To keep you fully informed, we provide a comprehensive meeting summary for any project meetings involved on your jobs. These summaries will include key decisions made, relevant sketches and action items for all attendees.

We live in a visual world, and our clients sometimes need additional assistance in visualizing a space. We offer a range of tools to support that vision, including photography, sketches and 3Dmodeling to bring ideas to life before the work even begins.

Visualization tools are selected based on the scope of work involved and the project details. These options can be discussed and offered on an active project with your customer service representative and designer.

We offer 3D modeling services for your new custom and modified stock plans. This feature allows clients to visualize the exterior or building shell in detailed, three-dimensional format before construction begins.

To be eligible for 3D modeling, the request must be made prior to the start of the design process. This ensures the model is created as an integral part of your project from the beginning.

3D modeling is completed using our in-house software and is subject to its technical limitations. All models are provided to the best of our ability within these constraints. Full payment of the annual subscription package is required prior to delivery of the plans.

We offer stunning, life-like 3D renderings for both custom and modified stock plans. These renderings can be a single view or a full fly-around of the entire building. As part of our subscription services, these rendering packages are offered at a discounted rate.

3D modeling and renderings are completed using our in-house software and third-party software and is subject to its technical limitations. All models, renderings and colors are provided to the best of our ability within these constraints.

A quote or estimate for the renderings, including the applicable discount, will be provided to the client prior to commencing the work or incurring any charges.

The builder program discount allows builders to save ten percent off each plan purchase. This discount applies only to plan purchase of 5 Set, 8 Set or PDF plan file formats. Start your project with confidence! Every new project includes a free one-hour consultation with your dedicated sales representative and designer. This consultation can be completed in our office, over the phone or in a zoom meeting. Meetings outside the office will be billed for including travel time. Meetings that exceed the one-hour limit may be charged for the duration of time that exceeds the limit. Sketches or drawings provided in this consultation are the intellectual property of Ahmann Design and are protected by copyright laws.

Your dedicated sales representative and designer will provide complimentary quotes and estimates on new projects. Depending on the details we are provided with at the time of the request, this quote or estimate may be a range of estimated fees or a comprehensive proposal.

As a preferred builder, you will work with a dedicated sales representative and designer who will be familiar with your preferences and standards. This team member will assist you with all your plans and projects. In the event that your dedicated sales representative and designer is unavailable, another qualified team member will step in to assist with access to your preferences, standards and information allowing continuity and consistency in service.

Free marketing materials are included with the purchase of any stock plan, provided a rendering is available. If a rendering and plan presents are already completed and available, it will be provided at no cost. However, if no rendering is available or the plan has been modified, a rendering may be purchased for an additional fee. Plan presents will be provided at no cost for all plan purchases, including modified or custom plans. As a preferred builder, you will be partnered with a dedicated sales representative and designer will work with you to develop a list of your preferred construction details and standards. These selections will be applied to all plan custom plans and stock plan modifications. A standard preferred construction details and standards form is available for you to view or select from at any time. This form can be provided at any time for more details. If you request additional details or standards beyond the details provided on the form, they may be incorporated for an additional fee.

At Ahmann Design, we love featuring the beautiful homes we’ve designed across our social media platforms. If your project is showcased, you’re welcome to request a tag or share the post -provided you have a corresponding social media platform to do so. Please note that Ahmann Design retains full ownership of all photos and content with publish directly. Sharing is encouraged with credit, but modification or unauthorized use is not permitted. Please note that all materials are the intellectual property of Ahmann Design and are protected by copyright laws. As a preferred builder, we would be pleased to share your name and contact information with clients who may be a strong match for your services. These referrals are opportunities to connect with homeowners who are actively seeking a builder. Ahmann Design is not responsible for coordinating communication, manage project commitments or take responsibility for any outcomes related to these referrals. Our role is simply to provide your contract information to potential clients who express interest in working with a builder in your area. You will need to provide us with accurate contact information and agree to allow us to share that information with potential clients.

We appreciate the partnership and trust you place in us by referring us to your clients. To show our appreciation and gratitude, we’re offering a $50 credit for every direct referral. These can be combined up to a maximum total value of $500.00 to be used in a single calendar year. These credits can be applied toward your next plan purchase, helping you save while continuing to grow your business. To receive the credit, your client must fill out the referral form with your given name. Credit for the referral will only be given to the single person or name that they provide.
