This attractive 1814 square foot ranch house plan is part of our Farmhouse Collection. The covered porch that is accented by columns will welcome you into this home. The Foyer will impress you with its 10-foot ceiling and arched soffit to the right that draws you into the dining room. The dining room takes pleasure in a ten-foot ceiling along with two arch soffits that are also accented with columns. Left from the foyer would lead to a small hallway where you can reach bedrooms 2 and 3, a bathroom, and stairs to the basement. If you went straight through the foyer you would be lured into the great room. The great room entertains you with its arch soffit accented with columns, fireplace surrounded by windows, and ten-foot step ceiling. Through the great room you can enter the kitchen/nook area which has an eating bar, walk-in pantry, and access to the backyard or main hallway. From this hallway, you can enter the master bedroom, which entices you with its tray ceiling, walk-in closet, and large Master Bath with a whirlpool. Another option from the main hallway is a walk-through laundry room in which you can access the 2-stall garage.
