Bouns Rooms are rooms that are typically found in attic spaces, above attached garages and excess space on the second level. These are known as
bonus rooms because they do not fit the requirements or the comforts of a standard bedroom in shape and headroom. These
bonus spaces are most commonly found in our collections of
1.5 Story and
2 Story house plans.
